Shipping & Delivery Policy

DELIVERY/ LEAD TIME

  1. For items that are not in READY inventory or with the status as “NOT AVAILABLE”, and still required by the customer, in such case the user/customer should call/ email on the given INNOVA number to know the lead-time and other proceedings.

  2. We try to ship all orders within 2 working days. To know updates on your delivery please email on dispatch@innovaenterprises.co.in
  3. For items, which are not in stock, the delivery, can take even 6 to 8 weeks’ time. Please confirm the same by email/ calling us.
  4. We dispatch the orders through Shree Maruti Couriers, Shree Anjani Couriers, First Flight Couriers, DTDC and Track on couriers. To get the ordered product in time, kindly ensure that your PIN code is serviced by respective shipping companies (kindly check their respective websites).

DOCUMENTS INVOLVED-

  1. Along with the ordered material Innova will provide 2 copies of Invoice and Challan/Delivery note. Customer can demand for a duplicate invoice.

PRICES

  1. All prices are in INR (Indian Rupees)
  2. All prices are NET prices and include EXCISE/CUSTOM Duty and exclude Local taxes & duties. Excisable invoice can be given upon request.
  3. Freight & Carriage at actuals will over and above to the given price.
  4. For special packing request additional cost may be involved or else price includes packing charges.
  5. Price is subject to change upon any difference arising due to government Levis that is taxes & duties.
  6. Prices are subject to increase depending upon REVISION in cost by PRINCIPALS, even if increase in INNOVA cost, it will be applicable.

PACKING

Two type of packing:-

  1. Normal Packing
  2. Special Packing- This packing includes wooden box, palette etc. For special packing request, additional cost may be involved or else price includes packing charges.
