RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. All product sold by us are self-certified (approval like UL, IEC, CSA, BS88)
  2. Innova is only a reseller of the agency products. Only in case of manufacturing defects, INNOVA is answerable for the replacements subject to recommendations by 8D report from the manufacturer. Only if 8D report suggests for a replacement only then the item can be replaced. If required 8D report can be shared with you for the analysis purpose.
  3. We take no responsibility on claims for damages and reimbursement of expense on behalf of the buyer.
  4. We are not liable for any special or consequential damages resulting from usage or even customer’s inability to use the same and its performance.
  5. Innova’s entire liability under OR in any connection with agreement shall not exceed to the Purchase Order Value.
  6. Orders for NON-STANDARD parts are non- cancellable & non- returnable. And even cannot be rescheduled.
  7. For any manufacturing defect, goods should be returned within maximum 15 days in original packing.
  8. You need to check the parcel / packet / material while accepting the same.
